  BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Oleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board

       Mr. O. Petrov a founding shareholder of the Company and as a Chairman of the Board is responsible for supervision of strategy execution and business development. Prior to Industrial Milk Company Oleksandr has established and successfully developed a Cheese Club Corporation, a leading cheese producer in Ukraine, and subsequently sold the business to Renaissance Capital Group. Mr. Petrov has held position of President of CJSC Energy-Invest during 1998-2005 and Deputy Director of Ukrtara Corporation between 1995 and 1998. Oleksandr has graduated from Leningrad Military Medical Academy in 1981, and served in the military medical service of armed forces of USSR and Ukraine during 1981-1995. Mr. Petrov holds the title of the Honoured Agricultural Worker of Ukraine. He is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian.

Ievgen Osypov, Executive Director, CEO

     Mr. I. Osypov is one of the founding shareholders of the Company and has over 15 years of managerial experience in the agricultural sector. Since founding of the Company he as a Chief Executive Officer is responsible for strategic business development and operational excellence of the Company’s day-to-day management. Before joining Industrial Milk Company, Ievgen has served as Director of Department of raw materials provision of CJSC “Cheese Club Corporation” ensuring stable supply of milk from a fragmented market of households. Between 2002 and 2004 he worked as a Deputy Director for Milkiland Ukraine, a Ukrainian milk producer that became public in 2010. Mr. Osypov has graduated from the Institute of Economics, Management and Economic Law in 1998, and holds MA in financial management. He is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Dmytro Martyniuk, Executive Director, CFO

     Mr. D. Martyniuk is one of the founding shareholders of the Company and has over 10 years of finance and financial management experience, as well as in the agricultural sector. Since founding of the Company he as Chief Financial Officer is responsible for financial management & control, budgeting and supervision of accounting IT tools implementation. Before joining Industrial Milk Company during 2004-2007 Dmytro has served as a Deputy CFO of CJSC “Cheese Club Corporation” and was responsible for IFRS implementation and development of internal controls. Mr. Martyniuk has graduated with distinction from the Kyiv National Economics University earning a degree in banking and management. Dmytro is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Carl Sturen, Non-Executive Director

     Mr. C. Sturen was appointed to Board of Directors on March 9, 2011, to serve as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Sturen is a founding shareholder and President of Chumak, leading ketchup, mayonnaise and tomato paste producer in Ukraine. Prior to Chumak, Mr. Sturen worked with a number of businesses in Eastern Europe; among other things, he carried out research and preparations for the initial stages of developing an agriculture and food business in Eastern Europe. Mr. Sturen is a member of the Honorable Council of Sweden in Ukraine, the Board of the European Business Association in Ukraine and the Presidential Committee Pride of Ukraine. Carl Sturen graduated from Säveskolan Gymnasium, Visby, in 1993 earning a degree in Natural Science. In 2002, he studied “Building on Talent”, a special course at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. He is fluent in Swedish, English, Russian and speaks basic Ukrainian.

Michael Peter Lee, Non-Executive Director

     Mr. M.P. Lee was appointed to Board of Directors on March 9, 2011 to serve as an independent non-executive director. Mr. Lee has over 20 years of practical experience in development of agricultural business. Most recently, Mr. Lee was responsible for designing up to date agronomy packages, as well as provided additional related consultancy and advisory work in CIS countries. Mr. Lee was employed as a Lecturer in Agriculture at Writtle College teaching theoretical and practical aspects of agriculture and as a consultant at the Centre for Environmental and Rural Affairs to provide technical agronomy and business advice to farm businesses in 1996-2007 and 2003-2007 accordingly. Michael Peter graduated from University of Plymouth, UK, in 1990 with a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Management, and obtained Bachelor in Science degree in Crop Protection at University of Essex in 1996. He is fluent in English, Russian and speaks French.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Volodymyr Starostyshen, Vice President, Agronomy

    Mr. V. Starostyshen is one of the founding shareholders of the Company and has over 35 years of managerial experience in the agricultural sector and state management. Since founding of the Company he was responsible for the agronomy & farming operations holding the position of the Vice President on Agronomy. Mr. Starostyshen worked for CJSC “Cheese Club Corporation” as a Head of the Agrarian Department during 2005-2007. Prior to joining, Cheese Club Corporation team Volodymyr Starostyshen has held various positions in governmental bodies between 1992 and 2002. Before that Mr. Starostyshen was a Chairman of the collective farm in Chernihiv region for 13 years. Volodymyr Starostyshen has graduated from the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy in 1976 and holds a PhD degree in agronomical science. Volodymyr Starostyshen is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and German.

Oleg Todchuk, Vice President, Corporate Development

     Mr. O. Todchuk has joined the Company in 2009 and is responsible for business & corporate development. Mr. Todchuk has extensive experience in foreign affairs and external business relations due to more than 10 years of diplomatic service in the foreign institutions of the USSR, the Russian Federation and Ukraine. He has also 3 years of experience as Head of Department of external economic relations for CJSC Energy Invest and CJSC Cheese Club Corporation during 2002 and between 2003 and 2004 accordingly. Oleg Todchuk has graduated from Moscow Military Institute of Foreign Languages in 1985, and holds MA degree in philology. He is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English and Persian.

Iurii Dynys, Head of Legal Department

     Mr. I. Dynys joined the Company in 2007 as a experienced lawyer and professional in legal structuring, licensing, farm land rights and overall legal risk management. Mr. Dynys has more than 10 years of legal practice in agricultural business including 8 years of managerial experience as a head of the legal department. Iurii Dynys has graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 1999, and holds a MA degree in international law. Mr. Dynys is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Olena Krysenko, Head of Sales

      Mrs. O. Krysenko is responsible for domestic and export sales, marketing and logistics of soft commodities and has over 10 years of managerial experience in sales and logistics. Before joining the Company Olena has gained extensive experience in sales holding position of Head of Sales & Export Department in CJSC Energy Invest and CJSC Cheese Club Corporation in 2002-2003 and 2004-2007 accordingly. Mrs. Krysenko has graduated from Kyiv Institute of Tourism, Economics and Law in 2001, and holds a MA degree in management. Olena Krysenko is a citizen of Ukraine and speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.
